The monthly fee is fixed and based on an average of 4.33 weeks per month. Prices exclude VAT.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I try a lesson first?
Yes. Your first lesson is free, with no obligation. We’ll get to know each other, you’ll tell me about your goals and I’ll suggest the package that suits you best.
Where do the lessons take place?
In person, at Avenida da Liberdade 615, Braga. Online lessons are the exception, for when your schedule doesn’t allow an in-person lesson.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Let me know at least 24 hours in advance and the lesson will be rescheduled within the following four weeks. Lessons missed without notice, or with less than 24 hours’ notice, count as taken.
How does payment work?
You pay monthly, at the start of each month. The monthly fee is always the same, however many weeks there are in the month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown do not include VAT.
How does the couples package work?
You both sign up for the same package and each of you has your own one-to-one lessons. You each pay €1 less per hour, with a minimum of €15 per hour.
Can I pause or cancel my package?
You can pause for up to four weeks a year, for example when you go on holiday, and your package is extended by the same amount of time. To cancel, just give me 30 days’ notice; the hourly price of the lessons you have already taken is adjusted to that of the package matching the time you completed.
Are you really a native speaker?
Yes. I’m Australian and English is my first language. I moved to Portugal when I was 19, so I also understand the difficulties Portuguese speakers face.
